I ain't saying your content is not solid., however suppose you added a post title that makes people want more? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda vanilla. You might look at Yahoo's front page and see how they create article titles to grab people to open the links. You might try adding a video or a picture or two to get readers interested about everything've written.
